Accounts Receivable Clerk - Full Time

- There is an opening for one full time individual with QBooks & Excel experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create invoices, receives payments, maintain and reconcile A/R monthly.
Receives daily revenue (CC, Cash, Checks), creates list of all revenues received by type and deposits to QBooks.
Answer phones and emails as necessary
Assists Walk In Customers
Other duties as required
Detail oriented, organized, observant.
Able to work independently and as a team member to accomplish established goals.
Good oral and written communications and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to operate 10-Key calculator
Computer literate: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, QBooks
Must be able to perform duties
Office located in Ala Moana/Kapiolani Area, free parking. Benefits and salary commensurate with experience.
