Administrative Assistant
The person is overall responsible for the Administration tasks such as but not limited to distributing mails, maintaining records, responding to phone calls, ordering for supplies etc. Preferred with at least 3+ years of experience in the same or similar industry, minimum of a graduate, good communication skills, usage of Microsoft Tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint. The person is required to be working for 8 hours per day and is expecting to be working out of the ComSim office.
Primary Responsibility

Handle administrative work

Make payments on behalf of ComSim

Closing the office (when required or necessary)

Respond to phone calls

Interface with landlord regarding maintenance issues

Maintain office equipment files

Order and shop for office supplies

Compile expense reports
-
Arrange for cleaning office at periodic intervals

Distribute mails
-
Train new hires
-
Prepare and issue checks as appropriate

Maintain employee records
-
Post advertisements for open positions
-
Receive and verify timesheets from all employees

Receive invoices from contractors
-
Receive Caller's phone bills
-
Arrange board and company meetings and events
