MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Main target priorities in the US, focusing on operations in the south (Texas and Louisiana) Upstream & midstream sectors Refining Existing accounts: Exxon, Chevron, Shell, BP * Downstream applications including but not limited to production of Performance Chemicals, Pigments, Methanol, Hydrocarbons Existing accounts: Chemours, Lyondellbasell, Hunstman, UOP, Exxon * Possibility of developing other accounts in other industries * Coordinate and conduct activities involving presentation of ONIS products & solutions resulting in program identification, clients meeting and ultimately revenue generation. Maintain high level of commercial contact and understanding of the business environment and key customer decision makers (i.e. Reliability Manager, Safety Manager, Piping Manager, Turnaround Manager, Process Manager, Operations Manager). Demonstrate and promote total commitment to supporting the needs of customers. Direct analyse and monitor clients/prospects preferences to assess market opportunities in order to generate revenue Define action plan to meet business plan and annual objectives. Confer with potential customers regarding equipment needs on existing and upcoming operations and advise customers on types of equipment to purchase. Consult with Managing Director to define advertising needs, participation in Tradeshows & Conferences Secure information on equipment and customer specifications. Build relationships with strategic clients to enhance brand awareness and client satisfaction. Analyze the sales results to ensure that appropriate steps are taken to correct unsatisfactory conditions and to otherwise enhance performance

PROFILE
7 to 10 years of experience with a proven track record of sales of equipment to the Oil & Gas industry Experience with technical & tailor-made equipment with long sales cycle (12-30 months) Hunter with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager, energetic, and hands-on sales person Excellent interpersonal skills able to create rapport from operators to C-levels Ability and willingness to travel 70-80% of the time in TX, LA and nationwide 20-30% of the time at the office in Houston, TX Bachelor's Degree Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Must hold a valid driving license
