Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and strategic planning.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Prepared and delivered persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activity.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products and services.


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Development role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
