Job Description

Graduate with 10 - 15+ years of experience in Account Management. 

• Report to the CEO. 

• Build trust relations with existing clients.

• Prepare and present to the CEO a metrics-driven strategy to strengthen relations with clients while considering the risk mitigation factor.  

• Continuously communicate with clients and listen to their needs, and escalate those issues and concerns to the operations team and other stakeholders to be able to strategize relevant actions. 

• Oversee appropriate development, maintenance, and clear communication of project status. 

• Hire, train, and lead the team.

• Collaborate with the Sales Director to improve and cross-sell services and products.  

• Study competition to find new ways to retain customers.
