Responsibilities:

Taking inbound calls from families.

Listening to families and typing/navigating customer accounts at the same time.

Empathetically attend to customer questions and concerns immediately.

Maintain a strong commitment to customer service and handle heavy call volumes.

Effectively communicate and offer additional services to enhance the families' experience.

Meets all goals and deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CALL CENTER SPECIALISTS:

1 or more years of experience in a customer service or a call center environment.

Must exhibit a strong passion for helping others.

Must be computer savvy and a quick learner.

Must have exceptional phone etiquette.

Ability to problem solve.

Must possess strong organization skills.

Minimum 50 WPM required, must be accurate for data entry.

Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

Team player with a friendly attitude
