Job Description

Rocinente is a growing Human Resource company, The ideal HR Intern will be someone who is up for a challenge and enjoys working in a fast-paced but yet fun and hard-working environment.

ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT:
The Customer Service Representative reports directly to the Director of HR and will frequently interact with other members of the Human Resources and Administrative team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop a network of sources and candidates, building strong relationships that persist.

Work with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure fit for candidates.

Screen, qualify, certify, and interview candidates to identify fit with particular positions.

Answers incoming telephone inquiries from customers including from dentists and other customer personnel in a prompt and professional manner; handles questions and other requests ensuring excellent customer service.

Responds to incoming fax transmissions and emails; transmits fax communications under the direction of Sales Management or their designees.

Provide product information to customers in response to telephone inquiries

Your ability to deliver on assigned duties with the desired results on a timely basis with limited supervision will be a significant measure of your performance.



    QUALIFICATIONS/KSA’S:
    1 year in Human Resources and Customer Service experience, preferred but not required
    Extensive knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office), computer hardware and ability to learn new HRIS systems as needed
    Excellent interpersonal, research, and time management skills
    Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
    Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Indoor work environment
    Telephone and computer work requiring normal or corrected verbal communication capabilities, including seeing and hearing
