Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry & Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team. This role combines accurate data management with exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and capable of maintaining high accuracy while handling customer interactions in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer and company data in internal systems
* Review and verify data for accuracy, correcting discrepancies as needed
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional manner
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
* Process customer requests, orders, and account updates efficiently
* Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary

Qualifications:
