Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update data into various databases and systems.
Verify data entry by comparing it to source documents for accuracy and completeness.
Organize and maintain files and records systematically for easy access.
Identify and rectify errors in data while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely data processing and retrieval.
Assist in maintaining database integrity by running regular audits and correcting discrepancies.
Prepare and generate reports based on the entered data as required by management.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or related tasks is preferred.
Excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute and high accuracy rate.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly and efficiently.
Proficient in using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Knowledge of database management systems and data entry software can be advantageous.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and management.
