Seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Administrator to join this leading global organisation in the Outer East.


Your new company
This organisation operates in multiple countries globally and is an industry-leader within the transport sector. Due to an internal promotion, the company is seeking a switched on and experienced administrator for a six month fixed-term period, with the potential to become permanent.

Your new role
Providing vital administrative support to the wider Human Resources team, your role will involve day-to-day tasks including but not limited to:

  • Document management and compiling of reports
  • Maintaining and accurately storing new and existing employee information
  • Scheduling inductions and administering the on-boarding process
  • Effective correspondence via phone and email
  • Maintaining company webpage with news and employee information
  • Processing of invoices and data entry into JDE system
  • Conducting internal audits as necessary
  • Maintenance of office equipment including printers
  • Supporting the HR Reception area when required
  • Ad-hoc administrative support to the leadership team as required

What you'll need to succeed
  • Similar experience in an administration, document control or HR administration role
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Proven ability to prioritize and time-manage effectively
  • Strong data entry skills and computer literacy
  • JDE software experience is highly advantageous although not essential
