**One of the top healthcare providers in Connecticut is hiring for....****_HR Benefits Specialist_****Description:****MUST HAVES:**+ 2+ years Employee Benefits / HR knowledge.+ Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (v look ups, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and mail merges)+ Oracle experience a plus.**POSITION OVERVIEW:**+ Typical day, is running a report from our oracle system daily reviewing events that occurred and determining if they need to be evaluated, backed out or voided based on the change that came through from HRIS.+ Work with HRIS team to determine if errors need to be corrected on HR side if issues with benefits. Sending out communication to new hires and employees with a status change emailing with enrollment information and set up teams/conference call meetings to discuss options if necessary.+ Emailing confirmation statements. answering employee calls regarding benefit questions/issues,+ Evaluate/correct errors in payroll system daily.+ Run compare files bi-monthly between payroll and oracle.+ Answer emails from carriers on eligibility questions.+ Pull monthly UNUM and billing report needs to be split out into various benefits to pay bill.**SHIFT:**Mon - Fri. 1st Shift**Please submit your resume and we will reach out within one business day, thank you!****About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
