As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment coordinating customer freight, negotiate rates, establish long-lasting relationships and you'll drive new business to the front of the sales funnel.
This role is all about high energy and high activity. Our most successful reps make 100+ calls per day and they don't shy away from a challenge!

Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Daily contact via phone and email with existing and potential customers to quote freight shipments. Manage pricing based on the most affordable way to ship commercial freight. As part of your customer interaction you will prepare, follow up and archive quotes, samples sent, competitive information and other recent activity data of customers in an organized, timely and professional manner. Maintain strong grasp and market knowledge of shipping lanes, geography, and seasonality
Onboard new customers and transition them to our Customer Activation Team Make sure ops teams understand clients needs and expectations Product knowledge is key to your success. Lead the growth of AuptiX! Have Fun!
