Job Description

Excellent opportunity for a Locum Litigation Solicitor to join a reputable firm in London starting ASAP for 3 months + in duration.

The Opportunity

Our client, a well-established, reputable firm who have an excellent reputation in the area are seeking a Litigation Locum Solicitor to cover whilst the firm recruit on a permanent basis. The firm requires the Litigation Locum to join them for up to 3 months in duration with a high possibility of extension.

The firm are flexible and are open to the locum working on a hybrid basis for a minimum of 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

The Locum would be responsible for a mixed caseload of litigation matters, including claimant and respondent work. Duties to include:

  • Property Litigation
  • Contract Disputes
  • Debt Recovery
  • Contentious Probate
  • Boundary Disputes
  • Landlord and Tenant

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience as a Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • Experience handling busy caseloads of litigation matters, including claimant and respondent work
