Operates a variety of machines that cut, form, bend, or shape metal parts per production work orders and product specification sheets. Performs visual quality inspection of parts. Operates controls to engage machine and removes finished product for stacking on pallets or into containers.

Ability to read and write with acceptable aptitude scores
Physical coordination to lift and move product
Trainable with fork lift truck
Acceptable attendance and tardiness record
Acceptable aptitude test scores
Written and oral communication skills with attention to detail
Math ability, including conversions English/Metric Ability to read, use and understand measuring devices
Ability to understand machine computer functions
*Trainable with CNC, PLC controls and SPC documentation Ability to load material, perform changeovers, make needed adjustments during production and tooling changes
Qualifications
One year Machine Operating in a manufacturing environment
Mechanically inclined
Can work off-shift
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail
