Position Summary 

Administer purchasing and a variety of computer and IT systems related to contracts/billing/inventory/vendor programs while also fulfilling various office management duties for a dynamic and growing IT service provider. Do not feel like you have to be an IT person as the products that require purchasing are designated by IT personnel.

  • Job Status: Full Time 

  • Pay: $40,000 to $50,000 DOE

Position Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Ordering/procurement of 3rd party IT hardware, software and service agreements 

  • Inventory management 

  • Shipment tracking and receiving 

  • Returns 

  • Vendor  

  • Digital data entry and record keeping 

  • Various facility, vehicle, and office management duties 

  • Other administrative work as assigned.
