Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development
  • Develop and implement structured training plans based on client-provided materials.

  • Design and maintain training courseware, tools, and documentation.

  • Manage and update training files, adapting approaches based on project requirements.

  • Support the establishment and coordination of internal trainer teams.

Quality Assurance
  • Design and oversee quality management processes to address operational issues.

  • Collect and analyze quality data, preparing reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Identify recurring issues and implement corrective measures to reduce errors and enhance output quality.

  • Support the setup and coordination of internal Quality Assurance (QA) teams.

Crowd & Operations Management
  • Monitor contributor performance to ensure targets for quality, productivity, and throughput are achieved.

  • Analyze operational and productivity trends, identifying risks and areas for improvement.

  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and project profitability.

  • Manage performance metrics while balancing speed, accuracy, and contributor experience.

  • Proactively resolve operational blockers to maintain smooth project delivery.

Communication & Client Support
  • Collaborate closely with delivery teams, contributors, and clients to ensure alignment and clear communication.

  • Provide regular updates, insights, and trend analyses to support client outcomes.

  • Offer guidance and constructive feedback to contributors to maintain performance standards.

  • Assist with additional project-related tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong English communication skills (reading, listening, and speaking).

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong logical thinking and attention to detail.

  • Highly organized and results-oriented.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

  • Previous project management experience is preferred.

  • Willing to work on-site in Imus or Bacoor
