Job Description

Overview

    • We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented professional to take responsibility for the training and quality assurance functions of our project team. The successful candidate will be accountable for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs and quality management systems, ensuring the team achieves sustainable performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

    • Training
    • Develop and implement structured training plans in alignment with customer-provided materials.
    • Design and prepare training courseware, tools, and resources to ensure effective delivery.
    • Facilitate training programs that drive stable performance and enhanced service quality.
    • Establish and maintain comprehensive training documentation and adopt appropriate methodologies tailored to content and objectives.
    • Contribute to the development and management of an internal trainer team.

    • Quality Assurance
    • Formulate and oversee quality management approaches to address and mitigate project-related quality concerns.
    • Collect, analyze, and report on quality performance data, providing actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
    • Conduct issue analysis, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce recurring quality issues.
    • Support the development and management of an internal quality assurance team.

Qualifications

    • Proven expertise in at least one specialization area, either Training or Quality Assurance.
    • Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
    • Excellent command of the English language, with fluency in reading, listening, and speaking.
    • Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and accountability.
    • Strong logical reasoning, keen attention to detail, and a proactive, results-driven work ethic.
    • Willing to work on shifting schedules.
    • Willing to be assigned in Imus or Bacoor City, Cavite.
