The Registered Nurse (RN) helps change the lives of patients and residents each day. RNs are responsible for providing a full range of nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment including: Assessment, Care Planning, Implementing Care, Managing Patient Care, Quality Improvement, Problem Solving, Bedside Nursing, and Medication Administration.
- Delivers efficient and effective person-centered nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction
- Performs nursing assessments and collaborates with the nursing team and other disciplines, residents and families to develop effective service plans.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing, eligible for State RN licensure and 1-3 years of RN experience
