Job Description

Accounts Payable Specialist at a local Non-Profit in Oakland, CA!  We are a local Non-Profit that focuses on our ability to impact our community and the Education that is provided to our community members. We are currently in growth mode and would like to add additional members to our team, which now consists of under 10 people. The Accounts Payable Specialist is the first point of contact for Customers and Vendors, so we are looking for someone who is professional, organized, and experienced in Full Cycle Accounts Payable.  Brief Overview of Job Duties: ⢠Managing the influx of Invoices that come through the AP Inbox ⢠Expense Reimbursements (Expenses and Credit Cards) ⢠Catch coding errors and fixing prior to invoice being submitted for approval ⢠Setting up Vendor and Customer records and contact information ⢠Prepare and complete the Weekly Check Run ⢠Prepare 1099s ⢠Resolve Invoice discrepancies ⢠Maintaining Business Licenses and Property Taxes ⢠General Ledger ⢠Monthly reconciliations  Min. Qualifications: ⢠4 + Years of Accounts Payable experience (Full Cycle) ⢠Intermediate knowledge of Excel (including VLookups) ⢠Experience with Bill.com, Concur, and Intacct ⢠Experience with Non-Profits (not required)  Salary is up to 64K**Depending on experience stated above  Apply today at www.accountingprincipals.com  Â
