You will lead strategic initiatives and collaborate often with business and technical development teams. You must be a team player and solution oriented.PillPack is an independently operated subsidiary of Amazon, acquired in 2018.Core Responsibilities:* Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Business, and Technical stakeholders to design and implement operational process changes to reduce risk and ensure regulatory compliance.* Champions compliance improvement projects.* Document processes and standard operating procedures.* Serve as a compliance expert to other teams in the organization. Includes advising business and product teams to ensure compliance requirements are met.* In depth understanding of operations and business processes.* Work with various operational partners to proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.* Leverage tools and technology to speed adoption, create efficiency, and minimize risk.* Communicate with impacted teams ensuring detailed communication plans explaining the why's.* High attention to detail including a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.* Ability to think strategically.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
