Make a Difference.We are seeking an individual as Senior Director of Enterprise Strategy to support the preparation and execution of enterprise strategy at Change Healthcare. The ideal candidate has strong work ethic and exceptional intellectual, business, organizational and communication skills, is highly entrepreneurial, drives order from ambiguity, and pulls in a diversity of perspectives.Roles & ResponsibilitiesInvestigate key customer needs, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform enterprise strategic direction and priorities settingPerform scenario analysis to determine alternative strategy and pivot pointsConduct sophisticated financial and strategic analysis to understand business performance and assess strategic options as part of portfolio managementIdentify and formulate strategic initiatives, effectively navigate internal resources and senior stakeholders to rapidly drive towards value deliveryFacilitate outcome-oriented dialogues with executive and senior leaders to drive consensus and alignmentWork across organization to enable synchronized deployment of enterprise strategy and other key efforts, such as long range planning, capital allocationRequirements:Minimum 4+ years of relevant working experience in fast-paced dynamic environmentHealthcare experience (esp. payer and provider) and/or technology experienceBackground in management consultingCritical Skills:Entrepreneurial and drives order from ambiguity: creative problem-solving skills, ability to quickly get to the core of business problems with limited data and informationFluid, flexible, and agile, while remaining focused and disciplined: self-directed, proven success working in an environment where multi-tasking is the norm; curious, optimistic, and questions the status quoAbility to communicate effectively: at all levels of the organization, with an open, honest and direct communication style that establishes empathetic and effective relationships Advanced analytical capability, including financial and operational modeling and proficiency with MS ExcelExcellent interpersonal communication, organization, and business skillsAdditional Skills:Strategic thinking: capable of providing clear, balanced point of view on a broad range of complex issuesDriving results: results-oriented style with a high degree of analytical ability and proven problem solving skillsLeading change: ability to thrive and quickly adapt to change, leading others through change in a dynamic, fast-paced industry and work environmentCollaborating and influencing: ability to effectively build strong relationships and partnerships within and outside of the organization, and navigate within a highly matrixed corporate structureProficient at PowerPoint document creation and other forms of written communicationDemonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentialityEducation:Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) strongly preferredTravel:20% or less; flexible working locations in generalLocation:Emeryville, CA (strongly preferred), or Nashville, TN, or Boston, MA, or Alpharetta, GA#LI-JF1Join our team today where we are creating a better coordinated, increasingly collaborative, and more efficient healthcare system!
