Senior leader responsible for overseeing and managing the Equities Cash High touch technology division globally - Be responsible for a global team of 70+ across seven locations with an annual budget of approximately USD 20mm. - Take ownership for all aspects of strategy and delivery of Equities high touch execution across Program trading, cash single stock, Delta One and Derivatives desks. - Partner with senior equities business leaders and advise on competing technology assets and market trends, in order to provide differentiated solutions - Sponsor/Champion strategic and tactical initiatives aimed at revenue growth, retaining/increasing market share, improving trader and development productivity and complying with regulatory requirements - Manage and foster key relationships with senior business and IT leaders, vendors, exchanges and business users from front, middle and back offices - Serve as the principal point of contact and escalation for overall status, solution design, solution quality, scope control, issues, risks, personnel management, and the end solution deliverables across High Touch execution - Drive recruiting and team building efforts in order to recruit, select, train and retain staff, in coordination with the Capital markets technology organization - Qualifications Need: - 10+ years of experience in building and leading front office systems preferably in Equities - Proven experience in execution in a Complex Organization: Anticipates and probes issues and contingencies with the early involvement of others, creating a culture that translates strategies into specific goals, tactics, action plans and deliverables. - Drives accountability and makes timely decisions and tough calls on enterprise issues and opportunities - Good analytical and problem solving skills. (market analysis, requirements definition, competitive analysis , etc.) - Communication: Ability to communicate complex concepts confidently and concisely using specialist business acumen. - Communicates frequently and concisely with peers, managers, clients, and industry participants.
