The role will gain a deep insight into the business and be immersed in strategic and commercial analysis as well as having the opportunity to take a leading role in driving strategic initiatives within the business. The individual will be well organized, take initiative, anticipate needs, consistently ensure a high quality of delivery, and be flexible enough to adapt to different situations rapidly. Primary Responsibilities: Support the SVP and RLT in the delivery of the business plans and strategy. Lead strategic change initiatives across the North American business in support of organizational objectives, coordinate alignment with global leads, governance, and teams, and drive progress across business and delivery areas. Collaborate with senior stakeholders throughout the organisation and represent the SVP at relevant governance forums/meetings where required. Remain highly tuned to the day to day business of the CPANA region in order to escalate risks and issues and provide status overviews and performance improvement recommendations to the SVP and RLT as required. Proactively identify business improvement opportunities, develop proposals/business cases, and act as a key advocate for improvement needs. Act as a critical business continuity resource able to manage business lines as required during periods of transition. Drive customer-focused issue resolution across teams and business areas through analysis and process improvement, design, and reengineering programs. Act as a key liaison across teams in North America as well as globally to measure effectiveness of lateral connectivity and performance. Support the expansion of CPA Global's customer-centric culture in collaboration with marketing, product teams, sales, finance, and executive leadership. Primary Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of business leadership experience with 2+ years with CPA Global. Minimum of 2 years line management experience. Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or marketing; preference for MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field. Have led or been senior contributor in major business change / improvement projects. Delivery focused; able to take ownership for the definition, management and execution of strategic priorities. Background/experience with sales, pre-sales, and post-sales. Able to deal with highly confidential / sensitive information in a discrete and professional manner. Understanding of operational performance KPIs, metrics, tracking, and reporting. Excellent stakeholder management skills with credibility to manage relationships & communications at the most senior levels of the organisation; ability to manage and influence through negotiation and consensus building, and able to inspire with enthusiasm and creativity. Experience contributing to the shaping of key decisions and/or providing strategic direction to teams and individuals. Strong commercial thinking and an ability to make connections / see consequences. Able to manage multiple, complex and ambiguous agendas in a changing environment. Highly skilled in managing often conflicting priorities based on business goals, customer needs, impact, and complexity. Able to manage conflict and challenge across all levels of the organisation. Able to think strategically and demonstrate good judgement in considering the requirements of the business as a whole. Able to demonstrate initiative, suggest improvements to current processes and establish new processes. Focused on the delivery of tangible results for the organisation and progress into senior leadership positions. Analytical and process-oriented. Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement. Adept at communicating across roles, teams, businesses, cultures, and geographies.Salary Range: NAMinimum Qualification11 - 15 years
