Jagged Peak is a global Omni channel e-Commerce solutions provider, offering enterprise ready software and services, designed to enhance the scalability, flexibility and profitability of a company's e-commerce enterprise. We are currently experiencing growth and looking for experienced Trade Support Specialist to our Avenel, NJ distribution center team. This position is very dynamic and requires excellent time management, self-motivation and a positive, team player attitude.

Job Description

The Trade Support Specialist is client focused and performs analysis on efficiency, improvements, and compliance. The position manages the business of the client and is responsible for the success of the client at Jagged Peak. They are to monitor and analyze all fulfillment activity to insure profitability and drive improvements as needed.

Responsibilities

* Understand each client's requirements as specified in the contract and convey it to all employees
* Monitor, track & escalate SLA compliance in all fulfillment departments
* Provide weekly and monthly client status and performance reports to manager
* Manage client issues and provide updates to management
* Process and route EDI orders using vendor portals
* Research customer chargebacks, access tracking/shipment information, and dispute as needed on vendor portals
* Lead & organize special projects to be delivered in scope, on time and on budget
* Institute process improvements from errors and exceptions

Necessary Skills/Characteristics

* BA/BS degree preferred
* 3+ years in a Customer Service role
* Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and strong Excel skills
* E-commerce and EDI experience is a plus
* Must possess good customer service skills and have a professional, friendly and positive attitude
* Dependable, responsible contributor committed to excellence and success
* Ability to gain a deep understanding of each client's routing requirements
* Capable of identifying inefficiencies/issues in order to develop solutions
* Communicate effectively to diverse audiences within our company and directly to various Trade clients
* Self-starter with ability to manage your time effectively with little supervision
* Maintains Professionalism
* Has flexibility and adaptability

Work Environment

The employee works in a typical warehouse environment with a moderate to loud noise level. Job may require occasional additional hours including possible mandatory overtime.
