Product Manager, Software

Visual Lease is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager with a background in SaaS and user experience to own the vision and strategy for our flagship Lease Accounting product. This cross-functional role will be accountable for the end-to-end customer experience, and will serve as the liaison between Product, Development, Client Services, Support, and the Customer. Play a key role in driving and facilitating the planning process to provide focus and alignment on critical strategies to delight our customers
Develop the vision and roadmap for assigned product areas, inspiring customer empathy throughout the organization
Engage customers regularly and incorporate customer feedback into our products and offerings.
Collaborate with leadership and product teams to lead product design and delivery efforts
Effectively collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Services and Engineering teams to drive projects to completion and add value to the business
Gather and define business opportunities through research, data analysis, user experience analysis and testing, competitive research and any other relevant tools
Develop and maintain an expert-level knowledge of Visual Lease solutions.
Perform acceptance testing on behalf of customers and work with QA Team to resolve any issues found
Identify key KPIs and measure success against them
Assist Marketing, Training, Support and Client Services with pre- and post-release activities
Partner with Product Marketing to conduct win/loss analysis and competitive analysis to inform product management decision making
5+ years of extensive product management experience developing, building, and launching successful web-based Enterprise business applications
Experience working with complex systems or domains
Experience working with accounting or financial products or domains
Strong analytical skills, including market strategy, customer requirements and success factors, and a value-based selling process.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to produce compelling strategic proposals, documentation and presentations.
Experience in a Scrum Agile environment
Experience working in a compliance based or regulated industry is a plus
International product experience a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a similar discipline. MBA preferred
Travel as required (10-20%).
