As an Ecolab Intern, you will also participate in many events to help you learn about our company culture, career paths and to meet each other. These events include the Lunch-and-Learn Series, a tour of our RD&E facility, a community volunteer day and several social events. FINANCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM The Internship Program serves as a direct pipeline to the Finance Development Program, which develops individuals who have the long-term potential to serve as leaders at Ecolab. As a member of this selective program, you will complete three different position rotations that will allow you to get accelerated experience that will enable you to grow your financial and leadership skills that will position you for positions of greater responsibility. You can expect three rotations, with one relocation to another North America office. In addition, the program includes a combination of development workshops, mentoring and peer networking and green belt training. The Program s goal is to give emerging leaders broad exposure to our industries, corporate culture, customers, as well as develop your financial and business acumen. LOCATIONS Ecolab s North America offices are located in St. Paul, MN; Eagan, MN; Naperville, IL; Sugarland, TX; and Greensboro, NC. Internships will be placed in all locations and placements are determined with input from the incoming interns.
