Benefits: $70,000 avg. per year for OTR Routes Up to $58,000 per year for Dedicated Routes Assigned tractors (NO slip seating) 34-48 hours hometime (depending on route) Driver out 3 weeks gets 2-3 days off at home Weekly pay with online settlements Paid vacations and holidays Low-cost health benefits and free basic life insurance 401k availability Paid orientation with paid round-trip travel accommodations or reimbursements Tuition reimbursement for recent CDL A graduates Requirements: Minimum 21 years of age Minimum 6 months' verifiable CMV experience within the past 2 years Must have a current, valid Class A CDL within the home/resident state Background Check Requirements No felony convictions within the past 7 years (all felonies outside of 7 years must be pre-approved by safety) Must not currently be on parole/probation No violent convictions ever No drug convictions in the past 7 years (outside of 7 years must be pre-approved by safety) No drug test failure or refusal ever No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years; no more than 1 ever Must be able to verify the past 10 years of CMV employment history Must have a good driving record (MVR) No more than 2 moving violations in the past 24 month period or 3 moving violations in the past 36 month period (The time frame will start from the conviction date) No more than 2 preventable or 1 DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years No rollovers, jackknifes, or rear-end collisions with injury in the past 5 years No preventable accidents that resulted in a fatality If a current DOT physical with a minimum of 6 months remaining on the expiration date is not available, the driver will be sent for a new physical during the pre-employment process.
