Coordinates with management to remedy deficiencies noted on corporate and DOL trip reports, assessments, center inspections, and quarterly environmental health inspections. Holds regular staff meetings with documentation submitted to the Center Director. Screens and attempts to solve all student problems before referring them to the Support Services Director or other areas. Models, mentors, monitors appropriate Career Success Standards. Ensures a weekly center-wide safety walk thru is conducted and a report sent to the Support Services Director. Continual support and adherence to the CDSS plan and SOC system. Evaluates personnel under his/her management and makes recommendations regarding disciplinary actions, promotions, and/or merit increases. Participation in PRH mandated staff training is mandatory. Failure to participate may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination. Performs other duties as assigned by management within the employees capabilities.
