Job Description Wildtree is in search of an enthusiastic and outgoing Registered Dietician to join our Marketing and Research and Development Team. In this role, the dietician will function as a company expert interfacing between departments to ensure company brand standards are being met and also available to answer product related questions from Independent Representatives and Customers. Major Responsibilities Include: Providing Marketing and Sales Support through the promotion of products & services through multimedia platforms including videos, flyers, photography, social media, etc. Creating and reviewing recipes to assure they meet Wildtree's standards. Answering Independent Representative and customer questions regarding products, allergens, special diets, etc. Provide up to date research on food & nutrition topics to be used in responding to technical questions and in in product documents. Manage nutritional information in Wildtree's meal planning app including allergen declaration, nutrition statements, etc. Available for corporate events including Wildtree's national conferences and regional events. Interface internally with Operations team to ensure proper product declarations, vendor validations and nutrient claims. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition Science through a DPD approved institution. Culinary focused preferred. Current valid registration with the CDR as a Registered Dietician with up to date license in state of Residence. At least 3 years' experience in the field of food & nutrition,with direct responsibility of food allergy management and education. At least 1 years' experience in food service or food manufacturing industry. Working understanding of FALCPA, FDA Nutrition Labeling Regulations and USDA food regulations Working knowledge of ESHA software preferred Essential Mental Functions: Effective communication skills including writing, speaking and teaching. Effective logic, reasoning and critical thinking skills. Must be able to develop project plans and meet timelines. Essential Physical Functions: Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift objects generally less than 20 lbs repeatedly. Must be able to travel.
