We have a rare opportunity for a Lead APP to join our talented and stable ED/UC team at Marshfield Beaver Dam-Community Hospital! This is an ideal position for someone who has leadership experience and is looking for an opportunity to blend their administrative and clinical skills! The Lead APP will act as a clinical leader and mentor, working collaboratively with APPs at the site and the Medical Director to develop and improve department operations.
Position Profile:
- 16,000 Annual ED Volume
- 11,000 Annual Urgent Care Volume
- Strong APP team provides daily coverage in Urgent Care & the Main ED
- Cerner EMR
- APPs function independently with physician back-up when needed
- Hospitalist coverage for admissions 24 hours a day,7 days a week

Qualifications:
