- Federally qualified health center employed position.

- Group is looking for one part-time physician to work 2-3 days per week and one full-time position.
- Family Medicine or Med/Peds training required as physicians see all ages in this clinic. BE/BC required.
- Located in Western Montana mountains. Beautiful mountain town and setting in Northwest Montana. City population of 26,000.
- Located just North of the Flathead National Forest and Flathead lake. World renowned outdoors activities such as hiking, biking, fly-fishing, white-water rafting, etc.
- Group has 5 MD s, 2 PA s, 8 APRN s, 6 resident physicians and a Medical Director.
- Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health and case management services offered. Group is affiliated with local Family Medicine residency as well.
- Will see 15-20 patients per day in an outpatient setting. Telephone call only is shared in one-week rotations by all the physicians.
- Base salary range of $235,000. 2-year contract. Negotiable sign-on bonus and relocation.
- 140 hours of PTO plus 4 days of CME and $2,000 per year for expenses. 8 paid holidays.
