The Education and Research Industry Marketing leader will join an experienced and energetic team responsible for driving the cloud strategy, messaging, and adoption of Cloud solutions. You will combine your knowledge of the education industry with your love of technology to transform education through cloud adoption.Roles & Responsibilities: Content development focused on Student, ERP, HCM, PaaS/IaaS.Significant message development, web, collateral, copywriting & editing.Partners with field marketing on activities such as online programs, webcasts, campaigns, and events that map to appropriate target audience.Coordination of messaging and supporting assets that maximize pipeline, revenue and awareness for Cloud for Education and Research. Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization with industry leading Company Cloud products.Gain industry recognition and credibility as an industry evangelist at technology conferences, trade shows and other events.Create and deliver compelling presentations, solution/product demos, sample solutions, whitepapers, and other content to convey the benefits of Company Cloud for Education and Research.Engage with customers and partner to support pre-sales activities and strategic lighthouse accounts.Collaborate with product development, AR/PR, and Education industry solutions group to deliver customer feedback and influence product road map, market positioning, and developer programs.Utilize social media to promote Company Cloud for Higher Education.Ability to handle multiple projects, meet established deadlines and monitor project timelines and workflow. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree10+ years of education industry experience, product messaging, go-to-market strategies, and new product launches.Significant years of content marketing experience in B2B tech industry. Superior oral and written communication skills. Writing samples required.Subject matter expertise in Public Sector/Government trends and sales/support.Knowledge of key industry leaders and management.Knowledge of Company competition.Presentation and product demonstration experience.Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills with prospects and customers.Additional Details Education and Research industry experience preferred.Detailed Description and Job RequirementsDevelopment and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market.As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources.
