Job Title Program Manager Job Type Full-time Location UT 84056 US (Primary) Education Bachelor's Degree Career Level Experienced (Non-Manager) Category Training/Instructor Job Description The Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Advisory and Assistance (A&AS) for ICBM System Directorate, is located at Hill Air Force Base housing the collective Air Force mission responsibility for the development, deployment, maintenance and sustainment of the ICBM Force. The Program Manager shall provide the ICBM Dem/Val Program with program support to include, but not limited to; program schedule management, program risk management, strategic planning, quality assurance, logistics planning, business and financial management, data management, trade studies, and technical studies. The Program Manager shall apply knowledge and experience in acquisition program management philosophy, policies, directives, instructions, guides and procedures to Air Force systems, subsystems, and equipment procurement activities, post award project/program management tasks, and acquisition programs throughout their life cycles. Job Requirements A minimum of four years experience in direct program management is preferred. The contractor shall be familiar with the acquisition process IAW Department of Defense (DoD) 5000.2, DoDI 5000.74, and Better Buying Power 2.0. The contractor shall provide services as described below in acquisition planning and execution of pre-system acquisition and acquisition phase program management, to include but are not limited to; program schedus and phases, entrance/exit criteria, acquisition documentation, program requirements, technical development strategy, and acquisition strategy. Support acquisition planning and execution of pre-system acquisition and acquisition phase program activities that are consistent with DoD 5000 series directives. Support joint Department of Defense/Department of Energy (DoD/DOE) Nuclear Weapon Life-cycle Activities in accordance with DoDI 5030.55, DoD Directive 3150.1 and as well as any other relevant U.S. law, DoD, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS), United States Air Force (USAF), or other Service Component, directive, policy, instruction, or guide. The contractor shall assist and advise in analysis, planning, and reporting of any capability gaps or mission enhancements that may be mitigated/enhanced through materiel solutions. The contractor shall assist with preparation in all associated technical reviews, program management reviews, meetings, and working group meetings as well as participate in such meetings. The contractor shall, using existing documents as a baseline, assist in updating the schedule for the ICBM Dem/Val Integrated Master Schedule utilizing the Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) and support program management in the execution of the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and ICBM Futures Technology Roadmap IAW AFI 63-101. The contractor shall, at the request of the Government, assist in the preparation of acquisition documents to support the acquisition lifecycle management processes IAW Management Plan. These documents include but are not limited to: performance work statements, technical and performance requirements documents, data requirements, acquisition plans and strategies, analysis of alternatives, benefit analysis and determination, business case analysis in support of government trade studies, competition analysis, cooperative opportunities, consideration of technology issues, core logistics analysis, data management strategy, market research, military equipment valuation, post implementation review, programmatic environment, safety, and occupational health evaluation; certification of spectrum support, industrial base capabilities considerations, manpower estimate, selected acquisition report, unit cost report, acquisition program baseline, operational test plan, statement of objectives, performance plans, justification and approvals, briefings, purchase requests, Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPR), life cycle management plans and all other requirements necessary to meet heading checks, milestones, or decision points. The contractor shall support the following activities to include, but are not limited to: Support in development, integration, refinement and review of Acquisition/Technology Development Strategy, Systems Engineering Plan (SEP), Systems Requirements Document (SRD), Test Evaluation Strategy/Test & Evaluation Master Plan, Program Protection Plan (PPP), Acquisition Strategy Panel (ASP), Acquisition Plan (AP), Security Classification Guide (SCG). Support development of an integrated strategic communications framework and governance construct which will facilitate focused, timely, and consistent messaging of ICBM Dem/Val Program elements to internal and external stakeholders. Support long term strategic planning for sustainment activities of the ICBM Dem/Val and MM III systems by analyzing integration and synchronization activities for potential conflicts in executing program timelines. This support may include but not be limited to formulating updates for inclusion into the ICBM Roadmap beyond the current Future Years Defense Program/Plan (FYDP) focusing on the timing/integration of ICBM Dem/Val related capabilities into Nuclear Deterrence Operations (NDO). Support the ICBMSD in synchronizing the ICBM Futures Technology Roadmap with the ICBM Roadmap and Air Force Global Strike Command NDO Core Function Master Plan. Support the Risk Management Process and Technical Weapon System analysis by applying standard and/or innovative risk management assessment, mitigation and reporting approaches, including fault-tree analysis and integration of human factors considerations. Conduct assessments of programmatic (technical, cost, schedule, and other factors) risk in strategic planning for long term sustainment of ICBM capability. Support knowledge transfer training activities related to nuclear deterrence operations/nuclear enterprise by assisting government personnel in developing training modules and/or courseware which can be integrated into existing and/or new USAF training initiatives. Provide technical and acquisition management support to Request for Proposal (RFP) development. The contractor shall assist the ICBM Dem/Val Program to develop and/or maintain risk mitigation plans, programs, policies, and procedures to neutralize and minimize effect of threats and reduce risks and losses. The contractor shall assist with development of the ICBM Futures Technology Roadmap, technology development strategies, technical/program data repositories, technical feasibility, readiness assessments, changes to the ICBM roadmap, and similar efforts. The contractor shall support logistics activities necessary to ensure effective logistics planning and execution in support of the ICBM Dem/Val Program and assist in the development of the ICBM Futures Technology roadmap. The contractor shall support independent business case analysis for ICBM Dem/Val Program trade studies as requested by the government. The contractor shall support cost versus capability assessments and studies as requested by the government. The contractor shall assist in monitoring obligations and expenditures, update existing obligation and expenditure plans, and prepare responses to financial suspense s and funding cut drills. The contractor shall support and assist planning and preparing future year planning, programming, and budgeting documentation, to include Research and Development Documents (RDOCS), Program Objective Memorandum (POM/Budget Estimate Submission (BES)) inputs, obligation and expenditure plans, as well as related Briefing Materials (Briefings and White Papers). The contractor shall support and assist the Dem/Val program to implement recent policy regarding Government acquisition, to seek more efficient methods to sustain and manage the integration of the ICBM weapon system. The ICBM Dem/Val Program requires insight in sufficient level of detail in order to adequately assess priorities and assign responsibility to program management. The contractor shall assist the ICBM Dem/Val Program management in working with subsystem contractors to determine the priority of on-going tasks and activities in support of long-range plans and in assessing efficiency initiatives identified by Integrated Product Team (IPTs) and subsystem contractors. This person will assign ICD-10 and CPT codes relative to patient registration. The associate will provide exceptional customer service to physicians, patients, family members and all other medical professionals. Your day to day role may include: * Perform registration and basic insurance verification, ensuring collection of 7 critical data elements necessary for proper patient identification and billing. * Identify and update patient demographic information on ADT system as defined by departmental policy and procedures. * Interpret physician orders for appropriate testing or admission criteria. * Coordinate patient admission needs and beds assignment to facilitate timely patient placement. * Identify non-participating Insurances or Out of Networks plans; takes necessary steps to inform patients and physicians regarding options, including but not limited to canceling appointment. * Obtain Insurance Card copies or validate insurance information via electronic medical record, transfer information, or insurance eligibility tool. * Provide courteous and accurate patient and hospital information with way finding instructions for patients, families, visitors, and ancillary areas. * Prepare documents for imaging/scanning into electronic patient record. * Explains processes and forms to patients prior to securing signatures and ensures that all documents are properly signed and witnessed as required. * Assemble and disassemble patient charts or departmental documents according to department policy. * Copying and or faxing documents to ancillary areas or physician offices. * Maintain inventory control of forms and paper supplies needed in area. * Assist with all possible account resolutions pertaining to patient balances. * Perform all other duties and projects as assigned.
